Place biscuits close together on the baking sheet for higher rise. Monitor grill temperature carefully - too hot will burn bottoms before tops brown. For spicier results, add fresh puréed jalapeño to the jelly. Can substitute hot pepper jelly if jalapeño jelly unavailable.
